Through personal counselling, my goal is to help you find and overcome the barriers and patterns of behavior that block you from enjoying the harmonious and joyful life that you want and deserve. You will be empowered to create new perspectives and paradigms that help you accept yourself, and feel more connected and in control of your life and future.

Personal counselling is  a transformative process toward self acceptance and love; one that empowers you to reclaim your passion and your purpose, and that can dramatically improve every aspect of your life, including those related to your career, relationships and community.

As we work together, I won’t “prescribe” advice or tell you what you should or should not do. I will guide you towards the destination that is uniquely right for you. You can count on my compassionate listening and emotional support. Even if all you want is a safe space to vent and emote, you will always find me to be a loving, loyal and accepting friend.

Stress is known as the “silent killer” and the most common cause of illness. What’s more, for many people there can seem like there’s no end to stress. Together, we will build strategies and use techniques that help you release stress, and build a healthy, balanced life that supports all your aspirations: at work, at home, and in your relationships, and in your community.
